About the Z
People ask about the spelling pretty often. Here’s the short answer.
When Don Hale was picking a name in 1965, he wanted it to rhyme with pizza and have a Z in it because he thought a Z looked solid. That’s it. That’s the whole reason.
It is, on the merits, a slightly weird name. We’ve owned it for sixty years. It’s on every box. It works.
