If you grew up in Salt Lake City, there's a good chance you've eaten at Litzas. We opened on 400 South in 1965 with one stubborn idea — that a richer, fresher, more carefully made pizza was worth doing every single day. We've been doing it ever since.
Our dough is made fresh every morning. Our mozzarella is 100% real, never a blend. Our seasoned ground beef is freshly butchered at our sister restaurant, Hires Big H. Our pizza sauce, garlic butter, and salad dressings are all made in-house from Don's original recipes.
